Die Lage und das Frühstück

Es wäre schön gewesen zu wissen, dass die Rezeption erst ab 15:00 Uhr besetzt ist. Somit musste ich mein Gepäck bis 15:00 Uhr durch die Gegend tragen. Eine Information im Vorfeld wäre schön gewesen.

Very kind staff

The only thing was missing is an elevator. Bur for me it's ok.

Beautiful location in an old city. Lovely old bells sounding. Staff could speak English. Place to park my car. My German friend made a complaint about the noise from the young people and it was dealt with very quickly.

On the 1st evening there were lots of teenagers rushing round the whole building screaming and squealing. There was no one there to supervise them or teach them to be considerate of other people. This responsibility then fell to my German friend which she found stressful. She was upset because she wants to use the hostel for other friends visiting in the future. On one of the nights the room was hot. Is there a fan stored in the wardrobe?

Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer gut eingerichtet, sogar mit Waschbecken.

Leider rochen die Gemeinschaftsdusche und die Toilette zeitweise sehr stark nach Ammoniak, sodass man sich lieber auf dem Zimmer im Waschbecken gewaschen hat.

Personnel très sympathique, chambre sommaire et matelas un peu dur mais très propre (et qui sent bon ! ) et calme malgré la présence de nombreux étudiants. Wc et douches communes très propre. Emplacement idéal pour accéder à la place Médiévale et toutes les beaux sites. Gros plus, on peut réserver une place de parking dans la cours de l'hôtel pour la modique somme de 9 euros.
