Frühstück gut , Unterkunft alles Sauber,Lage sehrgut, Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich

Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe waren die Betten wo die Matratzen durchgelegen sind

Raňajky mali byť od 7 do 9:30. Prvé ráno sme prišli o 9tej, bolo tam este asi 20 plátkov syra, 15 plátkov šunky, varené vajíčka, ale nič v teplých varniciach. Výber absolútne slabý. Druhé ráno sme tam prišli o 8:59 a nebola tam ANI JEDNA ŽEMLA, ANI JEDEN PLÁTOK ŠUNKY, ANI JEDNO VARENÉ VAJCE... absolútne NIČ. dali sme si kávu a sirupovú vodu. Muž našiel ešte kraj vianočky tak ten si dal s džemom. Ja a naši dvaja teenageri sme odcházdali len s nápojom v bruchu.

AK má niekto uvedené, že raňajky majú trvať do 9:30 tak majú trvať do 9:30. AK personál nezvláda tento čas, treba ho stanoviť na 7-8 hod a po 8smej hodine bude každý vedieť, že sa nenaraňajkuje. MY SME SI RAŇAJKY ZAPLATILI A NEDOSTALI SME ICH A CHCELI BY SME ABY SA NÁM PENIAZE ZA RAŇAJKY KTORÉ SME NEZJEDLI VRÁTILI SPAŤ. A to nekomentujem ani to, aká bola špinavá podlaha v izbe. Netuším, kedy bola naposledy umytá. A extrémne veľa prachu z ktorého mal manžel alergiu.... jediné čo bolo čisté bolo wc a boli sme štastní ,že tiekla aspoň teplá voda....
