"La accesibilidad para sillas de ruedas no es adecuada."

Al hacer la reserva, veo que el alojamiento es accesible para persona en silla de ruedas. Pero lo que nos encontramos al llegar fue un rampa bastante empinada, lo cual no es del todo accesible porque necesitas de una persona para poder bajar y subir. La zona de desayuno tiene también escaleras.
