The Lazy Monkey Hostel & Apartments

Tiha and Chris, our hosts, are excellent, friendly, helpful The kitchen is super well equipped Enough bathrooms Loads of lounging places, pool table, chess, inside, outside seating Right next to a supermarket Short walk to the beach About 20 minutes walk to old town, but the area Lazy Monkey is in is much calmer and 'Croatian' than old town. The walk there, through the tiny streets, is delightful though Close to the central bus station Genuinely nothing bad to say

Oh maybe a small one. Locker wasn't big enough for a large backpack, but they're large enough to store anything else really

Hostel położony w bardzo przyjaznej okolicy- blisko dworca autobusowego oraz plaży. W hostelu jest duża część wspólna częściowo w ogrodzie i częściowo wewnątrz z billardem oraz barem. Obsługa jest bardzo miła i uśmiechnięta oraz dobrze zorganizowana. Pokój dla kobiet w którym zostałam jest w osobnym budynku i ma klimatyzację która poprawia komfort. Ogromny plus za dużą liczbę kontaktów przy każdym z łóżek

Brak lampek obok łóżek co obniża komfort zwłaszcza rano kiedy każdy wstaje o innej godzinie i nie chce obudzić innych lokatorów, dodatkowo na suficie były pojedyncze pajęczyny oraz kurz w różnych miejscach ale bez dramatu

This hostel is absolutely everything a hostel should be. Chris,Tiha and their team have it spot-on perfect. It's a super clean, lovely and safe environment to stay when exploring real Croatia. It has a informal friendly vibe and the outside terrace and gardens are a great places to relax and socialise. The kitchen excellent and it's easy to make any meal. Mark your stuff with the pens provided and there's ample fridge space. But come on guys....how hard is it to wash up afterwards? The Fridge Fairy ( your mum!) is not going to fly over and do it for you!!! It's a 10 minute easy walk from the bus station. 5 euros. I hired a bike to explore the old town and go on the ferry to the islands. You'll really love this hostel... it's the best! You'd be mad to stay anywhere else!!!!

There's nothing to complain about in this hostel. Even the beer at the bar is inexpensive!

I enjoyed everything about this hostel, the staff are incredible, they listen and are so kind, I thank the hostel enormously for this moment, it's so clean and everything is well laid out from the comfort of the beds to the space in the rooms, you'll meet some great people, there's a pool table and board games and so on, I'll be back next year with my eyes closed, see you soon, many thanks to the owners.
