Esentai Hostel

The room was very spacious with a little balcony. Comfy beds and location was just fine. 20 min walk to the subway station in a nice are. There are a few convenience shops nearby.

Don't expect a Hostel vibe. Except for the kitchen, there is no common areas to meet people. The old man in the reception could be nicer to guests I think

The location is easy to find, especially when booking a ride through Yandex Go. The owners, a very kind man and woman, were so nice and accommodating. They speak Russian, but they always try their best to communicate using a translator, which I really appreciated. I loved my room!it was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The price is very affordable, and the location is convenient with easy access to everything by taxi. If I visit Almaty again, I will definitely stay here once more

The room is very spacious and clean. The smell is good and there is privacy even in shared toilets. The place is well maintained. They clean it everyday. The staff are also very accommodating with good english. We were allowed to leave our luggages for a day. The place is relaxing because it is near parks and clean creeks. WIFI is good and fast with good facilities such us microwave and water kettle.

It is a bit far from the center but less noisy neighborhood. No body mirror and water kettle is shared by two rooms so we need to wait until the other room finishes using it.

The room was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe. I use the kitchen facilities.

It was fare from the main attractions. It's needed to use taxis or buses.
