The lady owner was very helpful and calm. She was really sweet and accommodate all your need. It was spacious, clean, view was good and basic facilities are nearby.

The hostel was spotlessly clean. Good hot water in the shower. There was a good kitchen for use. Local eatery with excellent shashlik within walking distance. Nice neighborhood with bakeries/small supermarkets nearby. 10min walk to metro and bus connections.

The WiFi didn't work consistently in the smoking area outside the kitchen. No seating in the back area despite having canopies (that weren't up during our stay). Asked to use the aircon, which was included in the price and was told to open the window.

Расположение в центре. Приветливые хозяева, помогли разобраться с оформлением транспортной карты. Большая кровать, огромный санузел (снимала отдельный номер), горы видны из окна.

The location is extremely good. It's not far from Abai Street, Tole-Bi Street, and Al-Farabi Street. It right next to the Esentai River, and the price is really good for the comfort and location you get.
