Very spacious room and helpful owners. Close to a metro station for getting around Almaty, really good value and good WiFi

Super clean rooms!

- Staffs were friendly. - Room was spacious although it's not equipped with an air conditioner. - Location is close to the JoinMe Asia office and thd subway station.

- The entrance was locked in the morning even around 8 a.m., so I could't get out until someone who knows how to open it showed up to the lounge. - Except small supermarkets, there were not many restaurants or cafes nearby. You may feel scared walking to the hostel after getting dark.

I liked that this place is in a residential block, not far from shops and Russian consulate. Everything is kept clean and kitchen is ok. Staff will help with anything you need. I stayed for 2 weeks to get my Russian transit visa and do some maintenance on my motorcycle. This place is good if you just need a decent place to stay.

I was in a private room with its own WiFi router, bandwidth was good but the connection constantly dropped. Staff don’t like to communicate, they prefer not to know you. Other guests are mostly not travellers I have no idea who they are because they are not even saying hello. This place is not good for getting to know locals or travellers. In hindsight I should have rented an entire apartment for about the same price, which would have been equally lonely, but with more space.

Amazing place to spend some days in Almaty. Everything was very clean and neat. There is even a fridge, microwave and kettle, which is very convenient! The lady who works there is very helpful and friendly. After the check-out we could leave our backpacks there. Highly recommendable!!

Unfriendly owner, gave us the deathstare Doors were locked during the night without telling us (we had a frontdoor key but didnt work at night) Not very clean Looks like a place that was once very fun, but not anymore
