Hostel Loco

Hostel is in good location, they also help arrange a taxi from the airport. We arrived early morning from the airport and the room was waiting for us. We had a room in the building on the other side of the hostel. All was there- kitchen, bathroom and main room. Very comfortable.

Only issue was getting into the hostel to pay and leave the keys as we were in the apartment on the other side and there didnt seem to be anyone in the hostel. After a phone call it was sorted though.

I stayed in a studio room that is room with private bathroom, couch, desk with chair, water kettle with mugs and plates, fridge and microwave. There is no stove in studio but the hostel has common kitchen that can be used. There is washing machine outside the room that I could use free of charge. There were two ladies taking care of the place and they were very nice to me. The room was clean and comfortable, it's quiet area so I slept very well.

The room and the whole hostel is very dark, lacking natural light, had to put lights on all the time. Location is far from center but many buses around.

Still Cool room(without fan/aircon) Next to supermarket and gym. Metro staion is walking distance. Privacy is ok. With microwave good. Plus some plates and cheaper than other rooms in Almaty

Only cash is accepted and still better to have aircon or a fan

People were nice and it was quiet

There wasn't lots of support and the location is really far from everything. The "kitchen" is a kettle and à microwave...

Feedback, the opportunity to book the property without using a bank account.

It's too noisy because of the gym nearby, the hostel is far away from supermarkets.

The staff is nice and helpful. There are buses nearby to reach different part of the city. There are many nice restaurants nearby.

A little bit far away from metro station.
