The location is good and that should be the only one thing good about this hostel

The hostel is so degraded that there is nothing left in the common area…hostels are a place where strangers can sit together and get acquainted with each and enjoy their stay… but no one sits on common area because no one likes to sit in a dirty area…the ac in the 4 bed mixed dormitory makes so much noise that it seems like a motor is running…upon asked for fixing it…the staff replied that its how it is and cant be repaired…i stayed for 3 nights but not once the room was cleaned…i have been stayin in this hostel since 2021 and i liked the hostel then but it started degrading every year but this year it was the last time i go to shalom…to top that the staff is very unfriendly living their own life in the hostel…

Facilities were very bad, the room looked very old, the pool was not good, no common area

Totally not comparing to what's shown in the pics . Nothing working, mould all over in rooms in the bathroom.

La posizione é strategica, vicino a più punti ristoro e a Hill Top, se si viene per qualche festival

Il personale è quasi sempre assente. Provi a scrivergli o a chiamare e non risponde nessuno. La struttura é abbastanza pulita ma abbiamo visto più di qualche scarafaggio. Le camere private sono esattamente sotto alla zona comune, quindi se hai bisogno di dormire e di silenzio, non è il posto adatto.

They are fraudsters, once we reach at their property they told us this since I had booked it from booking.com and payment was not paid in advance, they have given that room to the person who directly reached the property before us and made the payment in cash. Although we have reached there during that time slot of expected time to reach that property ( between 5 PM to 6 PM). They didn't wait for us instead they have given beds to the other person may be at high rate to what we were getting online.

Приветливый, умный и стремящийся помочь менеджер. Отличные кровати с запирающимися шкафчиками, кондиционеры в комнатах. Большая классная веранда, где можно собираться.

Душ нормально не работает. Располагается далековато от пляжа. Сама Анджуна диковата.
