I will preface this review by saying I am a Canadian and like to sleep at a nice cool 19 degrees at night. This hostel has AC in the rooms but I visited during April when it was quite hot and the AC unit just wasn’t getting the room cool enough for me. I’d say maybe 25+ degrees at night. The manager tried to find some solutions for me but other rooms had the same issue. I checked out early and they were very helpful, and returned my money. For that I’ll give them a positive review. If you’re not as fussy as me about a sleeping in a cool room then you’ll be perfectly fine here.

"I wish I could say better things about this place, but.."

I booked this place because it has such a high score on booking.com. However, be aware, this place doesn’t deserve more than a 6. I stayed in the alleged best room of the hostel, and it smelled horrible, it was dirty and you could hear all the noise from the street right there. The balcony has an amazing view to a… parking lot. The personnel, somehow kind and friendly, were not helpful at all, and barely spoke English. I wish I could have nicer comments about this place, but I was glad I decided to leave two days before my booking ended. Switching to another hotel made my stay in Goa so much more memorable than this. Stay here if you’re really struggling with money or if you really wanna have fun in one of the bars around. If not, be mindful that the score this place has on booking.com is anything but realistic. There are better places for almost the same money in the Goa area.

Best hotels in anjuna no doubt. Clean and tidy. Best location but the only thing which I unlocked is the air conditioning it was too poor hot and humid in the room. Even fan in the reading room was slow. PlayStation is there but the joystick 🕹️ is not working since months. Next time will stay in here only but pls make the joystick work or buy new one please. Apart from ac everything was top notch:) 😄
