Perfect Location! Very nice staff.

Really clean, directly in the centre so close to everything

The staff there are extremely trust worthy. I had dropped a small bag outside the hostel and they found it - and even a jewellery I didn't realise I had left behind - I got it all back. The location is amazing - if you go for the Kochi Biennale and need a budget option - then this is just opposite the main venue and walking distance from everything including restaurants. They were also very helpful when I had. a problem with my bank card - there is an ATM just around the corner for any cash issues

I booked a single room 2 weeks in advance on booking.com. Once I reach the hostel to check in on time, they are saying that there is no room available, and after that, they said they will check room somewhere else. I feel disappointed and frustrated. After so much conversation, finally they arranged space on the terrace, no window, no bed, no ceiling fan, dirty place, etc., Just a mattress in floor, a small wall hanging fan, and led light. That's it. Even my nearest Traveler also faced the same issue, and he said this problem often happens here. I'm totally disappointed

Locatie is perfect. En we hadden een ruime kamer met een goed bed buiten het hostel gebouw.

De plek is niet heel schoon. Ontbijt is minimaal.

Booking.com messed up our booking, listing the place as available when it was not. The people at the hostel were really helpful though even though it was not their fault. It looked like a cool place to stay and we met a few people there really quickly as we sat around looking for alternative accommodation.
