"Awesome staff, great location, but too noisy for me"

The staff. They were friendly and helpful. Also, I liked that they let us use the washing machine and dryer to do our laundry with no charge.

The room was small and rusty and dark. There was a lot of noise from other guests. The beds were not comfortable.

Good price and location in historical centre. Staff very nice

Lack of communal areas. They seemed to be installing a small kitchen so facilities should improve. There is seating in reception area/corridors but no tables. For me, the pillows were not very good for my neck.
