Чисто, особливо вразила кухня та вбиральні. Постояльці та адміністратори приємні, кімнати чисті, матраци зручні.

Одна ніч пройшла не дуже бо одна з сусідок прийшла дууууууууже пʼяна. Зранку її виселили, за що дуже вдячна адміністрації!

Відмінне розташування, повноцінна кухня, є бойлери, чисто. Поруч Сільпо з відділом кулінарії.

Звукоізоляції немає взагалі, стіни картонні, двомісний номер без вікна, душно. Малувато санвузлів, витяжки в них немає. За такі гроші в місті є набагато кращі варіанти.
