Die Lage ist gut, nahe am Bhf und man kann kostenlos im Innenhof parken (die Zufahrt dürfte mit einem modernen SUV aber nicht möglich sein). Check in per Telefon, der Mann war nett und sprach gut verständliches Deutsch. Auch bei einem nochmaligen Anruf hat er meine Fragen freundlich beantwortet.

die Ausstattung ist so einfach wie möglich. Man muss halt wissen worauf man sich einlässt. Nur es fehlt definitiv eine Handtuchstange oder etwas ähnliches. Es gibt im Raum nur eine (!) einzige Steckdose. Das könnte man mit einer Mehrfachsteckdose kostengünstig ändern.

Laut, kein funktionierender Aufzug, Feuermelder im Schrank verstaut (keine Ahnung, ob der überhaupt funktioniert), Heizung im Bad voll aufgedreht, jedoch nicht regulierbar (bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur braucht man kein warmes Badezimmer),
