No cleanliness; Unpleasant staff who make us wait for our rooms for no reason;

I went there, but the property owner informed me that the booking had been given to someone else. Despite repeatedly telling them that I had booked in advance, they still handed it over to another person right in front of me. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

When taking a taxi/motorcycle to and from it’s an easy location and pretty central to the highlights of Jaipur.

The reception was incredible poor, long wait time to check in, but even more frustratingly it was unconscionably long to check out resulting in me nearly missing my train. Even though I asked the night before I could pay already, they didn’t accept, and the only staff that was checking me out was a child that could only say “not possible”. Only reason I made my train was because I simply threw the money on the counter and left, even if it was too much. A bad experience overall. Furthermore, while they had listed an open restaurant it was under renovation which they at no point mentioned in the booking chat or when I arrived, poor breakfast too.
