Персонал, кроме мужчины в ресторане, не заинтересован вам помочь. На ресепшен вечно никого нет. Когда мы заселились и я хотела спросить про конкретное место, администратор меня тут же оборвал словами «нет нет, все вопросы к нашему водителю тук-тука». К слову, этот водитель, когда мы поехали с ним, назвал одну цену. А когда мы приехали-взял больше. Весьма Неприятно и негостеприимно. Полотенца серые, постель тоже оставляет желать лучшего. Номер явно требует ремонта. Я не могу сказать при этом, что это низкая стоимость для Индии. Особенно мы были в шоке, когда зашли в отель 5*, но дальше от центра, где было просто шикарно, а стоил он всего на 2000 дороже. На следующий раз будем знать. Разница колоссальная. Этот отель явно объективно стоит намного меньше по соотношению цена-качество, уж лучше заплатить за такси и доехать до центра, если нужно.

Good location within a short tuk tuk ride to the main attractions of Jaipur. Clean rooms. Great service from Roshan, he went out of his way to try and make our stay as good as possible.

The photos are NOT accurate to what the property looks like now. The rooftop is nice but outdated and because it was not a busy season when we were there, neither the breakfast or dinner buffet were offered. This was not communicated to us before we arrived. Everything felt very disorganised, sometimes food and drink would be available in the restaurant but often not. When we did have food it was slow and the menu seemed to change daily (aka they would refuse to cook some things as hosting a private event). Our room wasn’t cleaned at all despite being there for 4 days. A shame because it has a lot of potential but overall I wouldn’t stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. This place needs much attention to the condition of the rooms. It really is a run-down backpacker’s joint.

The bathroom was a disgrace. TV didn’t work.

El personal se portó conmigo excepcionalmente. Es lo que más valoro. Todo estaba muy limpio, cama grande y cómoda, terraza con buenas vistas. LO RECOMIENDO
