Eden Eco Village

Everything was amazing, best bits where: staff so friendly, food amazing, breakfast in the room, free kayaks.

It’s a 20 min tuktuk drive out of the city which is the point with it being a resort, there is a little bit of noise from a building site next door and a temple nearby. The toilet also isn’t in the door and the bathroom facilities are quite basic but all part of the experience!

We loved how special and authentic the place feels. The rooms are comfortable, and the whole property has a lot of character. Staying here is a truly memorable eco-style experience. It was a quick stop on our trip but we still had time to enjoy kayaking at the property. So much fun. The staff was super sweet and helpful.

Not really we didn’t like, just some notes for future guests. It’s a slow pace place, so if you plan on eating there just order beforehand and then go on with your day, maybe do some kayaking, take a bicycle around the area and then come back. We were a bit on a tight schedule and totally forgot to do it that way so we ended up running with our meal to go.

1. Odpadky - nelíbilo se mi, že místo má absolutně nevyužitý potenciál.. všude kolem domečků jsou odpadky (v řece, pod domečky, kolem příjezdové cesty - zapáchá) 2. Rekonstrukce ve vedlejším resortu - během našeho pobytu ve vedlejším resortu probíhala rekonstrukce, což je pochopitelné, ale ocenila bych kdyby nás ubytování o této skutečnosti informovalo 3. Kola zdarma nebyla k dispozici

Jolie cabane, bel environnement en bord de lac, bons petits dejeuners

un bruit tel que nous avons du quitter le logement prematurément apres n'avoir rien dormi pendanr 2 nuits d'affilée, durant lequelles se sont succedés les aboiements de chiens de tout le quartier, le concert du bar d'a coté, des feux d'artifice, le chant du coq des 4h du matin, les chants religieux et bruits de travaux des 7h. La cabane n'est pas isolé mais amplifie d'autant plus les bruits. La "douche" est constituee d'un tuyau au bout duquel une noix de coco percée fait office de pommeau, peu professionnel...

The property is so beautiful and located right on the river. The staff was so kind and the food was some of the best food I’ve had in Southeast Asia.

Sometimes it smells a bit funny but it’s because it’s located right on the river! You just have to lean into it

On a passé un super séjour ! C’était propre et très agréable. La nourriture est délicieuse :) Vous pourrez utiliser des kayaks gratuitement si vous avez un bungalow

Endroit sympa, original, vue très jolie Les repas sont très bons

Literie peu confortable Il y a beaucoup de bruit, les bateaux qui passent, les fêtes de l'hôtel à côté, les chiens obtient la nuit, la mosquée Il manque un endroit confortable où se poser

Amazing place sooo peaceful and the food was insane!! Please get the mango jam toast, I know it sounds basic but it was amazing!!

Malheureusement nous avons été tres gêné par les bruits de construction juste derrière notre bungalow (indépendant de l’hôtel). En dehors des travaux cela reste globalement bruyant (auberge à côté avec concert, passage des bateaux, bungalow tres proche les uns des autres on entend tout..) Confort un peu rustique et vieillissant (lit brinquebalant surtout)

La vue de la cabane est incroyable.

« Salle de bain » sommaire. Attention, pot pour uriner dans la chambre pour le reste il faut aller aux communs. Eau froide, pas d’équipement. Il faut traverser un hostel pour y aller. Décharge à ordure à l’entrée. Couverture trop légère pour la nuit.
