"Convenient overnight stay"

Good location, close to the center. Parking in inner courtyard (entrance was quite narrow, bigger cars will be in trouble). Very clear instructions how to get in the house and flat. Kitchen had all essentials. Everything was like in the pictures, so we got what we were expecting.

There is no reason to talk about private bathroom, because in reality it is shared with other guests. Third floor with quite steep stairs could be difficult when you need to go up and down more often.
