Our experience at this accommodation was quite disappointing. To begin with, there was no physical reception; everything was handled by phone, which we had to call every time we had a question or problem, making it impractical and impersonal. We booked a room with a double bed, but the bed/mattress was terrible, noisy when you moving and uncomfortable. Honestly, we don't understand how they can rent a room in that condition. It's true that, after we called, they didn't hesitate to move us to another room, which was appreciated. However, the new room had two small beds that weren't comfortable either and the room was separated with another room by doors and you can hear everything from the other side. Furthermore, one of the duvets was clearly meant for a larger bed, and they didn't even bother to provide one of the correct size, so I was quite hot at night. Another important issue was cleanliness. The bathrooms were shared and weren't cleaned daily. Overall, the place wasn't particularly clean, and that made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. We chose this accommodation because of the price and because we had stayed there years before and liked it, but the conditions have deteriorated considerably since then. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it.

Excelente limpeza. A funcionária brasileira muito simpática e facilitadora no check- in. Excelente localização .
