Very amiable staff (got for example help with luggage & tips to the city), clean rooms, nice little rooftop terrace, kitchen small but tidy, in a cool part of Lisbon.

There’s zero sound insulation, so when people start bashing doors at 6:50 am you can expect to be woken up. Also the room was pretty small, but all in all good value for the money.

Nice price for the space and the location.

Without air co the air quality of the room can get bad.

Andrea in reception,was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. All the staff we met were kind and friendly. The location was great: 30 minutes walk to Commercial Square and only 10 minutes to Graca where there were some great restaurants. It is also on the 28E tram line and about 10 minutes walk to Anjos metro station. Having a washing machine on site was a godsend as we had a week's worth of washing to do.
