Cama com um colchão óptimo e cortina black out. Pequeno almoço mais do que aceitável, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Luz, tomada eléctrica e pequena estante junto à cama. Óptima localização. Têm local para deixar bagagem antes e depois e podemos ainda usufruir do espaço comum (como por exemplo as casas de banho) antes de nos fazermos ao caminho.

Chuveiro tinha pouco fluxo de água quente, mas só usei uma vez e pode ter sido circunstancial. Quarto um bocado quente mas tive a sorte de ficar do lado onde estava a ventoinha.

Great location! Comfortable accommodations. Very clean. The facility has shared bathrooms and I was pleasantly surprised that someone was there cleaning the bathroom at 6:30 in the morning before everyone got up! And, the entire place is cleaned at checkout as well!

Personale molto disponibile e pronto ad aiutarti e fornirti informazioni. La posizione dell'ostello è ottima, in pieno centro, in una via parallela alla via principale Rua Augusta che porta a Praca del Comercio. Vicina anche alla fermata metro baixa-chiado. Colazione buona, con inizio alle 07:30.

La Camera, forse perché ho scelto quella da 8 letti. Era tipo un loculo in cui ti devi infilare, molto scomodo. Gli armadietti hanno poca capienza, quindi non si riusciva a depositare lo zaino all'interno. La Camera aveva dimensioni molto piccole per otto persone. Inoltre dava sul retro, in cui entravano molti rumori, penso di condizionatori e di motori vari dei ristoranti presenti in strada.

The location was great, in the heart of the center. Very close to metro station. It was clean. The stuff vas very helpful.

First of all the windows were old and had no sound proof, it was all noisy whole night and the day and I wake up many times. Bathroom was just in the middle of main area next to the kitchen and it doesn’t feel private at all. Showers at least could have a door but they all had just curtains.
