The code to access the property will only be given upon presentation in advance, by email, of the identity information of ALL guests (including children), as required in the email received by the customer immediately after booking. The lack of the same will enable the cancelation of the reservation without possibility of refund. The PIN reservation doesn't correspond to the access code to the property, The neighbors from the another floors are not tourists, but permanent residents. It’s forbidden to disturb them in any circumstances. Complaints of noise are reason enough for the expulsion, without refund. Parties not allowed in anytime of the year (neither in New Year's Eve).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
