Sem dúvida a limpeza! A casa de banho não foi limpa durante um dia inteiro! O quarto em que fiquei não foi limpo! Ainda tinha coisas dos hóspedes anteriores! Podem ver pelas fotos que deixei.

I loved the decor, as the hostel is filled with owls, which really spoke to me. I deeply appreciated that they offered prayer rugs and Islamic duas and that the owner appears to be Muslim. It initially felt like a welcoming space.

Unfortunately, it breaks my heart to report this way, but the reality of this hostel is dangerous. ​First, the bathroom is severely infested with toxic black mold, which is a major health hazard. ​Second, and most critically, management permits a highly unsafe environment. A long-term female guest—who was living there for months, was in a relationship with guests in the adjacent room, and had gotten pregnant—escalated a petty dispute over phone volume. She breached my privacy by ripping open my curtains and put her hands on me. She then lied to her male friends, resulting in two men invading the female-only dorm to corner and ambush me. One man physically touched me under the guise of "calming the situation down," while the other aggressively demanded I come outside the hostel onto the street. Feeling trapped and threatened, I held up hair shears to defend myself. ​When I tried to get help, management locked me out of the room where my phone was trapped. Knowing I intended to call the emergency services, they intentionally blocked my access to my phone to prevent me from contacting the police. While one female staff member tried to give me a private room to keep me safe, the male supervisor overruled her and refused to let me in. ​I was forced to go into the street to frantically beg passersby in Portuguese to use their phones to call the police. While I was doing this, the male supervisor came downstairs to demand I leave the property for "causing a problem"—all while my belongings were still locked inside. By the time he came down to kick me out, the police arrived and escorted me upstairs to retrieve my things. Management then rewarded the aggressors by giving them a free room upgrade. ​This has escalated to formal legal and court action. I spent all night filing a police report, and the next day getting my court hearing approved. Do not risk your life here. Vacationing at this hostel could end in a severe safety nightmare and severe PTSD.

La habitación tenía la cerradura rota, siendo imposible cerrar la puerta con llave en ningún momento, y un agujero en la puerta que permitía ver el interior desde el pasillo. Además, la habitación estaba llena de moscas. Al reclamar en recepción, la respuesta fue: "Aquí no roban, no va a pasar nada." Ninguna solución, ninguna habitación alternativa. Tuvimos que abandonar el hostel y buscar otro alojamiento por nuestra seguridad. Evitad este sitio. ENGLISH Terrible experience. The room had a broken lock, making it impossible to close the door at any point, and a hole in the door through which anyone could see inside from the hallway. The room was also full of flies. When we complained at reception, the only response was: "Nobody steals here, nothing will happen." No solution, no alternative room was offered. We had to leave and find another place to stay for our own safety. Avoid this place. PORTUGUÊS Experiência péssima. O quarto tinha a fechadura partida, sendo impossível fechar a porta com chave em qualquer momento, e um buraco na porta que permitia ver o interior a partir do corredor. O quarto estava também cheio de moscas. Ao reclamar na receção, a única resposta foi: "Aqui não roubam, não vai acontecer nada." Nenhuma solução, nenhum quarto alternativo foi oferecido. Tivemos de abandonar o hostel e procurar outro alojamento por razões de segurança. Evitem este lugar.

ESPAÑOL La cerradura de la habitación estaba completamente rota, siendo imposible cerrar la puerta con llave. La puerta tenía además un agujero por el que cualquiera podía ver el interior desde el pasillo. La habitación estaba llena de moscas. El servicio de consigna de equipaje, por el que cobraron 6€, consistió en dejar las maletas en el suelo junto a recepción. El personal no ofreció ninguna solución ni habitación alternativa. Tuvimos que abandonar el hostel y contratar otro alojamiento por nuestra propia seguridad. ENGLISH The room lock was completely broken, making it impossible to close the door at any point. There was also a hole in the door through which anyone could see inside from the hallway. The room was full of flies. The luggage storage service, for which we were charged 6€, consisted of leaving our bags on the floor next to the reception desk. Staff offered no solution and no alternative room. We had to leave and find another accommodation for our own safety. PORTUGUÊS A fechadura do quarto estava completamente partida, sendo impossível fechar a porta com chave. A porta tinha ainda um buraco pelo qual qualquer pessoa podia ver o interior a partir do corredor. O quarto estava cheio de moscas. O serviço de bagageira, pelo qual cobraram 6€, consistiu em deixar as malas no chão junto à receção. O pessoal não ofereceu qualquer solução nem quarto alternativo. Tivemos de abandonar o hostel e procurar outro alojamento por razões de segurança.

Unica coisa boa é a localização.

Banheiros simplesmente repugnantes. Sendo compartilhados, o mínimo esperado seria uma limpeza frequente ao longo do dia, mas claramente isso não acontece. A equipe consegue ser ainda pior: funcionários antipáticos, indiferentes e que tratam qualquer solicitação como um incômodo. Não recomendaria este hostel nem para alguém de quem eu não gosto. Em nenhum momento me senti bem-vindo; pelo contrário, a impressão constante é que os funcionários prefeririam que os hóspedes nem estivessem ali. Depois de me hospedar em diversos lugares pela Europa e em outros países, posso afirmar sem exagero que esta foi a pior experiência que já tive. Não voltaria e aconselho quem estiver considerando se hospedar aqui a procurar qualquer outra opção.
