No curtains on the window, very noisy, no keys for the room, beds not clean at all ( hairs on the beds) very very very tiny toilet, couldn't be used with a closed door. Dirty showers, staff doesn't speak any other language than Portuguese, they don't even try to use Google translate. Very expensive for what you get, I've been travelling around the world, sometimes in a very poor countries, I've never been treated so bad as I've been treated there. They're not helpful at all, very slow reaction, hostel full of people who shouldn't be in hostel, kitchen unusable. After the 1st night, the staff took all our stuff from the bed, sheets, personal clothes...and much more! Also many fake accounts gives good reviews , check the one who's called "pastro cher" means "quiet cheap" in french, I recommend you to not go!
