My Hostel

Je veux être remboursé. Je n'ai pas dormi ni reposé, j'ai perdu mes vêtements, j'ai été choquée psychologiquement, et toutes les cinq minutes, je vérifie si j'ai des punaises de lit, souvent. De plus, je vais jeter beaucoup d'objets qui auraient pu être infestés de punaises de lit.

Staff was okay, nothing to complain about it. There was a silly mistake from them but I don’t blame them. We paid extra 3€ in order to have a key to enter the hostel after midnight but once we got in the door was locked from the inside and it was impossible to open.. the guy working there was very pissed that we woke him up, but we were annoyed that we paid for the key and it wasn’t working. At the end we both understood the problem and apologies each other. Overall the guy was nice

Not clean at all, everything was dirty. It was a challenge to sleep there: we found Ticks (bed bugs) on the bed. ON THE BED. Do you understand that is not hygienic at all, and also dangerous!! Plus warms in the toilet..

The only thing I liked ess the lady from the recepcion. She was really nice and kind.

Is not what it looks like in the photos. The bed is not safe at all, i had a guy above me and everytime he was moving, the bed was making noises, and i felt it was about to break, also this guy was basically sleeping naked, which i think it’s inappropriate. I was sleeping ok, until something bite me, i look and I had bedbugs (chinches) on the pillow , and all the bed, I never felt so uncomfortable in my life. There were other 2 girls and they had also bedbugs. I needed to leave at 11:30 pm, because I will not sleep in a place like this. I also found a cockroach in the bathroom. 0/10 this experience.

Lugar horrível, muito descuidado e sujo. Acabei por não passar a noite, uma vez que as camas estavam cheias de percevejos. Uma enorme falta de higiene e de condições básicas. Não recomendo a ninguém.

Nada la pasé súper mal!!!no pud dormir toda la noche me desvelé matando a los insectos q se subían la cama y me mordían era insoportable, aún tengo tos el cuerpo lleno de ronchas y marcas NO OS RECOMIENDO !!!

The bugs are awful, I looked them up they are the Spanish bed bug sweeping the hostel community but this hostle has a bad infestation, and they are doing nothing to solve it I spoke to them they just lied and said the did a deep clean every day, which I have video and photographic proof they don't . On my 3 nightmare stay multiple occupants were bitten and had sleepless night's. Be warned this is not mosquitos and beetles THEY ARE SPANISH BED BUGS as guest's you are told to move beds away from Walls and leave the lights on all night , and buy your own bug spray . And im aware it is a €12 a night budget accommodation but id rather sleep on a bench it would be cleaner there needs to be standards . I can assure you when I get home I will be stripping off and burning everything I took into that place before entering my home AVOID until sorted . It will only let me post pics i wish I could show you the videos at 4 am yesterday morning. The 1 * it is giving my review is a 1 * too much
