"Buena ubicación"

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación. Al estar muy cerca de la estación de Oriente, es un alojamiento que te permite viajar a Lisboa y alrededores de una manera cómoda y flexible.

Pese a estar limpio, los colchones están en muy mal estado, sobre todo el del salón, porque notaba los muelles del colchón en mi espalda. El colchón de la cama principal también era incómodo pero menos que el colchón del salón. La puerta del baño es corredera pero no funciona bien porque se queda atascada. Estaría bien cambiar ambos colchones y reparar la puerta para aumentar la calidad del alojamiento.

"La ubicación asusta cuando llegas"

Tenia radiadores y ventiladores.

No tiene lavadora. Hay mucha humedad, mosquitos. La ubicación es pésima. Hay cafetera pero sin filtros

"We did not stay, booked elsewhere. Requested full refund without cancellation fees. No response."

Nothing we did not stay, due to Black Mold on walls, we moved to another facility.

We sent the following message to the property owners: we arrived at the property about an hour ago went inside to check the room for approximately 10 minutes had to leave immediately due to serious heath safety concerns. We have photos of concerns p/mold if required. Booked alternative accommodation. Requested full refund without cancellation charges. No response received.
