TRKadın çok kötüydü işletmeci olamayacak kadar kötüydü çok bağırıyor saçma sapan sebeplerden odaya geliyor bir şey diyor gidiyor sinirlendim yüzüne karşı neler diyecektimde şimdi başka ülkedeyim polisi kendi lehine kullanır diye demedim. Çok kötü bir kadınsın sen çok kabasın biraz insanlarla nasıl konuşulması gerektiğini öğren. Sinirli hareketler yaparakmkimse sana saygı duymaz bu dediklerimi düşün... bir daha mostara gelsdm asla seni tavsiye etmeyeceğim

The owner woman didnt let us inside at 10:40 am till 11:00 am, and let us to go after 10:00 check out in a hurry… ı think she has problems… She is not welcoming person

DEThe host is friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony in the private room was very nice. Good for sunsets. You can use the fridge. The AC is life saver in Mostar summer.
You share the bathrooms with all other guests, One bathroom doesn't have a window, so it's quite stuffed in there. There is not enough warm water for all guests. There are pets living on the property. You cannot store your bags after checking out.
USClean and located quiet area with a lovely common garden with the owners dogs and cats (all very well behaved and friendly). Close to the bus/train station, some local restaurants, bakery, cafes…and short distance to Old Town and bridge.
Everything was fine. I had a pleasant stay. My only recommendation would be maybe a small lamps in the rooms so when guests come late, they turn on the big room light.
NZStaff were so lovely and helpful. Location was perfect, facilities were great. Plenty of bathrooms and comfortable dorm with good A/C. So many cute pets too which was a bonus! Highly recommend this hostel. Great stay, thank you!
