Decent affordable place, good for a short stay. Amenities were basic. Overall a good experience.

Old building, stairs to climb

It was clean, the staff was nice, the old house had its charm, the location was central and you had everything you needed in the immediate vicinity There were bucket showers and squat toilets for an authentic experience.

The single rooms are open at the top for good ventilation. Unfortunately, the neighbor's lamp hangs there and shines over. A solution should be found for that. What's also really annoying is that many Indian guests constantly make their phone calls and watch videos on loudspeakers until late at night. Apparently, it doesn't occur to them that other people might not want to hear it or that it might bother them (of course it's not the hotels fault, but but maybe they can draw attention to it). If I had one wish, I would give them all a pair of headphones😂.

Lift as it's not on 3rd Floor, but the 3rd Floor is like the 5th Floor

Loads of charm, best location for shopping. Very affordable for Bombay. Old fashioned charm.

No AC. Not much privacy. Three flights of stairs. Staff needed some training.. with customer service.
