I had faced the worst thing with this hostel. While booking the hostel I had updated the owner about late check-in after office hours (7-8 pm), to our shock the owner had denied our entry and accomodation and asked us to follow up with Booking.com stating he has no rooms to accommodate us. We had to struggle and find another hotel late night after spending tiring office work day. I don't understand why did owner accepted booking if the hostel is completely booked. Owners attitude was very bad and rude. I expect Booking com team to take necessary action against him.

Nothing at all.

The staff is extremely careless. I had a check in on 8th Oct. I reached there at 5am, sat there till check in time, but before that I had to leave for an event. But before I left I asked the staff to take the payment and check me in at his convenient time. But he denied and said that it can be done in the evening as I return. So, I came back in the evening, asked him to check me in, and to my surprise, he said that the hostel is fully booked now and he cant accomodate me. While I had a confirmed reservation from booking.com and all the necessary proofs. I asked him to talk to the manager and he did call him but even he dint rectify the problem and when I asked to put me through the call, the manager conveyed to tell me that he is in a hospital and he cant talk.
