Please note that the property doesn't allow a group of more than 8 people. In the case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action, which may also result in an on-the-spot cancelation without refunds. Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry or stay at any of the property's owned hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families. The property only accepts government IDs as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in. Please note that visitors are not permitted to access the property. The property does not provide luggage assistance or room services. Drugs and any substance abuse are strictly banned inside and around the property. Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per the property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same. Please note that the right to admission is reserved. Please note that a dog is living on-site in this property. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
