Amazing base for skiing and snowboarding! Just a 5min walk to Annupuri lift. Super cozy and warm dorms (futon and grass-style carpet) The kitchen tools are great!

The food situation could be improved (although the kitchen tools are great!) The community space is not suuper social and most just stay with their own (guest-dependent obviously) Still a very nice place to be in. About the food situation: The location offers some affordable options for microwave-rice/noodles/sauces/cup-noodles/snacks. A nearby pizzaplace offers nice pizza for ~¥3000 (might need two though after ski) until 20:30 There is no supermarket nearby, so either bring your supplies or buy at a local Seicomart. You can reach them by car/bus to Niseko, or ski/snowboard to Hirafu with a 15min walk to Seicomart. Or just eat-out using a skibus to Niseko Village for some Ramen etc.. A bit expensive obviously (last return ~20:30) Some community supplies would be nice, maybe with a give-some-take-some system. For basic cheap bulk supplies like pepper, salt, pan-oil (most just use butter), soy-sauce. Maybe a way for dry rice-supply. Microwave rice is expensive and wasteful. Dry rice can only be bought in bulk. Wayyy to much for a temporary stay. So I just stuck to noodles with curry or tomato sauce. With some toast and eggs for breakfast. But that’s really up to you. Overall highly recommend this place!

This accommodation has all the basics you need for your ski/snowboard trip. The location is incredible being a few minutes walk to the Annupuri lifts and gondolas as well as shuttle buses, all up giving access to the whole Niseko United area. Getting there from Chitose was also easy with a direct bus with Chuo (pre-book online) to the Annupuri base. There was storage outside the room for the board/skis and you can dry your clothes in the room. The other guests were lovely and the place was kept clean. The kitchen had everything needed. As there are no shops within walking distance and the restaurants are all super expensive in the area, it's nice to be able to cook there. Best value, book ahead.

Perhaps the futon style bedding is a little hard for my liking but this is common in Japan
