"Sehr besonderes Hostel mit leckerem Frühstück"

Unglaublich tolles Hostel. Gemütliche Zimmer, saubere Bäder mit warmer Dusche, viel Input bezüglich was man alles machen kann in Pucon. Supermarkt in der Nähe und gut ausgestattet Küche. Unbedingt das Frühstücksangebot in Kauf nehmen!!

Nichts, es war wirklich alles top. Wäre gerne noch länger geblieben.

Esta bien situado, tiene parking y desayuno incluido.

Quizás el precio es algo elevado para la sencillez de la habitación pero es cierto que es una zona muy turística.

The property, has perfect location; cozy installations; friendly staff… Let’s tell about my experience: I flew from London to Temuco; I drove from Temuco to Pucon, I arrived in Pucon about 9:30Pm; the eSIM I had purchased doesn’t work, during my way to get to the hostel; I spent about 50 minutes, due traffic jam in the middle of the town). When I arrived at the hostel at 10:20Pm; the reception was closed and nobody answered several calls I had made ( from a guest cellphone). Just a guest that saw me in front of the gate, approached and tried to help me. To resume, I slipped in the car, because they were unable to answer a call(WhatsApp), after 20 minutes the close time. When they knew the call supposed to be from a customer from London.

Lack of consideration with someone that crossed the world to visit their region.

Muy rico el desayuno, si bien no era muy variado, era contundente, ofrecían huevo y palta, el pan muy rico. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias.

Podrían mejorar el ingreso al hotel
