The atmosphere, the location and the beds are absolutely great. Staff were very nice too.

I expected it to be cleaner. The kitchen was always dirty. I believe that during the 3 days I was there, they never changed the tea towels. Also, the bathrooms need maintenance. And the shower space definitely needs shelves, please!

La ubicación es excelente, a una cuadra de la avenida principal donde están todos los locales comerciales. Se podía estacionar el vehículo por lo que todas las actividades las hacíamos caminando. El patio muy acogedor. Las instalaciones limpias y modernas. El desayuno americano muy bien.

Solo estuvimos una noche en verano.

"Hostel em ótima localização"

A localização é excelente e o apartamento é bem espaçoso. A cama é bastante confortável. O café da manhã é simples, mas tudo fresco, com alimentos feitos na hora. O check in pôde ser feito antes do horário previsto e pudemos deixar as mochilas no hostel até o horário do ônibus. Foram muito atenciosos.

A limpeza do apartamento poderia estar melhor.

This place was absolutely perfect for us. The location is very central. The hostel itself is beautiful. We enjoyed every second in the garden and on our balcony with the view on the villarica. Staff is very nice and the atmosphere itself is very relaxing.
