Kuna saabusin keset ööd liinibussiga ja mul oli aega magada vaid mõni tund, oli asukoht minu jaoks väga tähtis ja asukoht oli hea! Oluline oli seegi, et lärmakad pidutsejate hordid Rüütli tänaval jäid piisavalt kaugele ja ööbimispaik oli kesklinna kohta päris vaikne.

Vaatamata varasemale lubadusele, et vastuvõtt on avatud 24 t ööpäevas ja saan sisse ükskõik mis kell, polnud mulle minu saabumise hetkeks kell 3.30 hommikul saadetud välisukse koodi ja uksekell ei paistnud samuti töötavat. Sain välisuksest sisse tänu hostelis ööbijaile, kelle toas oli aken pärani lahti ja tuli põles, nad reageerisid mu hõikamisele. Tuppa pääsemiseks pidin siiski helistama hosteli kontaktnumbril. Selgus, et asjaolude ebasoodsa kokkulangemise tõttu oli valves olema pidav töötaja haigestunud. Pääsesin tuppa ja sain mõne tunni magada. Lõpp hea - kõik hea!
