Refugio del Turista is a brand-new hotel and is absolutely fantastic. Everything feels fresh, modern and very well done. The mattress is excellent as well. The staff are simply perfect – warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. We felt looked after from the moment we arrived.

Der neue Anbau des Hotels ist modern gestaltet und insgesamt äußerst sauber und gepflegt. In meinem Doppelzimmer habe ich mich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Es bietet außerdem viel Stauraum, ausreichend Ablageflächen und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Neben dem Buffet kann man sich frische Rühr- oder Spiegeleier zubereiten lassen – und an manchen Tagen gibt es sogar Pancakes! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich jedoch die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Da ich während meines Aufenthalts leider erkrankt war, habe ich viel Unterstützung erhalten. Gerade als Alleinreisende ist es in solchen Momenten unbezahlbar zu wissen, dass jemand ein Auge auf einen hat und im Notfall für einen da ist. Vielen Dank dafür!
