The price was superb. It’s 20 eu for a room to yourself, but between more than one would make for unbeatable value. The corridor upstairs has all the cooking equipment needed for self catering and it is right next to the historical centre of Tabor, making it not only greatly attractive as a place to stay but even for day trips to and from overpriced towns such as Cesky Krumlov 90 minutes or so both ways. Tabor itself is a remarkable gem of a little city and a place like this is a Godsend to the budget traveller who wants to see both it and the region. The receptionists were considerate for later than expected guests ( within reason :). A pleasant stay.
