Location

I was not satisfied with the communication through the Booking app, as the staff did not respond in a timely manner, which caused delays. To return the key in the morning (while I was rushing to catch my flight), I had to wait outside the office door. I rang the doorbell several times, but no one answered. I also asked where I should leave the key, but received no response, so I had to walk to the office with my luggage. When I arrived, there was no one in the office, and I was unable to get inside. The whole check-out and key return process was very poorly organized and inconvenient.
