Connessione WiFi del tutto assente . Riscaldamento guasto e non si sono neppure preoccupati di avvisare. Assenza di personale a cui fare riferimento durante il soggiorno

"Ok for a one night stand or if you love horses 🙂"

The room inside was nice and had a fridge. Clear arrival instructions. Self checkin.

Water had a strange irony smell. We got a wrong room size. Due to horses, the property was flooded with mosquitoes in the evening (did not get into the room but apart from that, they were everywhere)

Ci siamo svegliati la mattina e non c'era acqua. Abbiamo fatto presente la questione, ci sono state portate delle bottigliette di acqua per lavarci. Ci aspettavamo, in segno di professionalità, almeno un rimborso parziale. Invece abbiamo ricevuto solo un "ci dispiace molto", niente di più.
