The place location, helpful staff, atmosphere.

Very noisy late evening and during night if you room is next to the street.

We stayed at one of the apartments outside the hostel. It was great, very spacious with an equipped kitchen and living area separated from the sleeping area. The location is great to explore la Candelaria, with very good food options and tours in the area. The building has a good reception and security service. Strongly recommended.

Being located in the center, it was very noisy at night, with music and voices coming from the streets. Although I enjoyed the apartment, we were only notified about the location a few hours before check in.

Except the kitchen, there is no common Space

They try to do their best and I appreciate that but still they work in an unprofessional way. Location in the centre.

During my 2 night stay, the neighborhood didn't have water for 24hours, that means no showers and the toilets were so dirty because of the lack of water. The reception just informed us about the situation like being a normality. They didn't try to do anything. They didn't even offer us a discounted service in exchange for the discomfort. There is no soundproof in the rooms. Rooms are near the corridor and common areas so they are supernoisy until 1-2am. You hear loud music and people talk to each other until late night. I had organized to extend my stay for one more night and the receptionist said to me that there is availability. When I went to pay after an hour, she said that she gave the bed to another guest, so I lost time to find a new hostel.

The hostel is good, Chavel was the best. He helped me a lot with all my questions and I felt very welcomed. I am looking forward to come back. Thanks!!

Has a great little bar, very friendly staff they hung out with us at the bar after their shift
