Fatima Hostel Bogotá

This hostel was my first stop in Latin America and I've been in Bogota more than 10 days now...I have made new friends with the staff and with fellow adventurers. The attached bar, which is easily the best bar in the neighbourhood, goes off ;) All about the vibe...You can play whatever music you desire from techno to rock etc (really anything) and an impromptu sing a long is often enjoyed. A great mix of locals and travellers. I was helped a lot by the receptionist Chaves and he told me about the good spots to go to in Columbia and about the culture. But everyone creates the vibe: Mario, Alex, Juan, Tatiana, Liset to name a few.

The staff were awesome. The bar was fun. The climate was great. The location was an easy walking distance of everything of interest to me. I liked it so much I am staying at Fatima Santa Marta now!

The employees are very friendly and helpful!! They deserve a bonus. The location is great.

Hot showers !!!!, clean facilities. No problems

Bar blasting music with no one in there, kind of weird. Not super social.

An amazing and social place. I met a lot of amazing people in the bar and mario, the bartender, was outstanding and very nice. The rooms and beds were clean and comfy. The place has a very unique atmosphere.

A bit cold at times, the bathrooms were sometimes a bit smelly and dirty, but nothing too terrible, and quite understandable

I liked the location and the bed was comfortable.

There weren’t enough plug sockets in the room nor were the lockers big enough for my bag. I didn’t find the place the most social
