Very clean and cozy hostel near the railway station. Next to a quite busy road but the windows shut out the noise well. Bit far from the old town centre - either a 30-40min walk or a short ride by bus (bus stops nearby). However, the breakfast is good so you don't have to start your day on an empty stomach. Nice and helpful employees who will give you even more tips in addition to the very comprehensive recommendations (trips, food, transportation...) you receive upon arrival. Hostel recommended without hesitation.

Would be great if you could choose the bed/cubicle in the dormitory, as some offer a bit more privacy and space.

Zozo House – schön, aber mit klaren Schwächen Zunächst mal das Positive: Das Haus ist wirklich top sauber, frisch renoviert und sehr schön gemacht. Man merkt, dass hier viel Mühe reingesteckt wurde. Die Dame, die morgens und mittags da ist, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück ist im Preis enthalten – ein klarer Pluspunkt.

Nun zum Negativen: Die Unterkunft liegt ein gutes Stück von der Altstadt entfernt, was ohne Fahrzeug etwas unpraktisch ist. Im Grunde handelt es sich um einen ausgebauten Dachboden mit rund zehn Betten – also ein Mehrbettzimmer, nur hübscher gestaltet. Leider ist es dort ziemlich stickig und heiß, der Boden knarzt bei jedem Schritt, und da natürlich alle Gäste unterschiedliche Schlafzeiten haben, ist es ohne Ohrenstöpsel kaum möglich, durchzuschlafen. Dazu kommen vier Übernachtungsfässer im Garten, was bei voller Belegung etwa 18 Personen ergibt, die sich zwei Bäder und Toiletten teilen. Das kann schnell eng werden. Unangenehm fand ich auch die vielen Kameras – man hat wirklich das Gefühl, ständig beobachtet zu werden, was ein etwas unheimliches Gefühl hinterlässt.
