Nacho Hostel Cebu

It was clean.

The location was far from town. No towels & soap was in the bathroom. Need to pay extra if you want to use their towel.Staff was clueless about most of the questions I asked.The size of the mattress was smaller than the bed. The food at the restaurant was ok.

I am a regular customer here now and i enjoyed nacho hostel plus they have happy hour i found new friends as well

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Definitely have food at their restaurant—I had one of the best curries of my life here. I was very pleasantly surprised that the shower had a curtain—this is practically unheard of in Southeast Asia.

First and foremost, I was unhappy that the rooms have no wifi— there's only wifi in the common area. Unfortunately, the common area allows smoking, which is just bad. Most people don't smoke, so they're forced to breathe secondhand smoke while they're eating or doing whatever people do in common areas. A bunch of things need to be fixed and better maintained. A rooster was crowing outside my window throughout the night. There's likely nothing the hostel can do about that, but just to say that it wasn't a quiet room. The location is quite a ways from the city.

The staff are absolutely amazing, and the trainees are so friendly! I ended up meeting over 20 people and made some awesome new friends. What an incredible experience!

The check-in process could definitely be streamlined during peak hours, as some special requests from guests were missed. This was mainly during the busy times, though. Overall, there’s a lot of room for improvement, but the staff did an amazing job!
