Situated in a good location, staff where friendly but don't understand english. Did the job but definitely needs a face lift.

Room wasn't the cleanest as it was clearly also a smoking room, the staff lock the gate at night so we needed to wake staff up from a room to allow us to leave the accommodation in the early morning for a tour.

Good location. Friendly helpful staff. Decent sized room. Use of kitchen with everything you need.

We ended up with a super smelly room. Something rotting in the bathroom. The windows were frosted so that natural light couldn't really come through.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when I needed some advice about my scooter and other guidance via google translate. Location was good, 15 min walk to the main strip in Can Tho and itself on a main street with good options for food. They offered a laundry service which I utilised too. Parking for a few scooters just beyond the lobby which was good for keeping my scooter secure overnight

Bed mattress was a bit thin but acceptable. Sound insulation between rooms was not great but not a real issue to be honest. Shower sometimes took 5-10 mins to warm up, but to be expected really

Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are basic but clean. Hot water for coffee available all day. All and all a good guesthouse.
