Me gustó que todo estaba muy limpio y cuando hubo atención fue buena.

No me gustó que se quedó la llave de la habitación adentro y fue muy difícil conseguir a alguien que nos ayudara, ya que no hay atención en la recepción 24/7. Teníamos las pertenencias adentro y tuvimos que esperar un par de horas para resolver el asunto porque tampoco contestaban el teléfono. Perdimos tiempo valioso para conocer Canmore.

"Low cost, low quality"

It was very cheap and check in/check out was very simple.

The place clearly had the minimum possible effort put into a recent renovation. The contractors should be embarrassed. There was a beeping alarm at the front door for half of the night that kept us awake, and no staff on site to fix it. This place very clearly wanted to put the bare minimum money into staffing, cleanliness and facilities while still being able to charge people. It was cheap and central, but we got what we paid for
