Great location, a few minutes walk to the beach, town and to the port.

Very noisy, old and smelly air conditioning unit, too hot to switch it off though. There was a fan in the room, but without the air con on it just blew hot air around. Bathroom taps were dirty. Shower pressure was very poor. Other residents unable to figure out how to use door handles and therefore slamming doors, which was very noisy.
