"El Nido is quite expensive for accommodation, so room was OK but literally tiny"

Location, staff friendly and helpful, Wi-Fi was good, free water machine

Extremely small room, bathroom small with cold shower, not cleaned whilst we were there for 4 nights

"Good location but poor facilities, extremely basic and no hot water"

Great location and very close to the beach but that’s about it.

This property has zero hot water so take that into consideration when booking. Also staff working the reception are very unresponsive

Nice staff, close to the beach, nice sitting area next to the "beach acess"

The location is different than on Booking, it is more on the south, next to the Eco hotel. The family room are situated about 50 m from the sitting area :-( A/C too loud. Dust under the bed. Overal, El Nido is overpriced.

Accommodating staff

The room provided to us does not contain television which was included in the listed facilities in our booking. Also, I have killed 3 cockroaches already during my first day stay. I have called them before our flight to confirm if toiletries are included and they have confirmed it. Upon arrival, they said that’s it’s only towels at tissue will be provided. On the third day, no wifi in our room which was a challenged because no phone signal in the area. On the 4th day, another cockroach appeared in the room.

It's very close / walking distance from the beach / sea.

The bathrooms are not that clean and some parts of them are broken.
