Our stay was amazing ,staff behaviour and rooms are amazing.

The property is located at lil height so we had to go there by climbing some stairs ,for us it was okay but for my mother it was lil problematic, but there staff was so nice they came all the way down and carried our luggage to the hotel room.

I arrived late at night, and unfortunately, the staff member who checked me in had an anger issue. He initially sounded nice, but then he was extremely rude, which was quite disappointing. However, my experience was redeemed by the lady at the cafe above, who was nice and polite and made me feel more welcome.

The staff! The guy who checked me in had an anger issue. He was extremely rude which was quite disappointing. I would not recommend. Go to Mellow Fellow. Their staffs are the best!!! 😊

Breakfast was different every day and always quite nice. There didn’t appear to be any options though - you just asked for breakfast and got given a plate of food. Location was alright. About a 20-25 minute walk (uphill) to get to the centre of town The two men who appeared to be running the hotel were friendly.

The noise ! We expected the noise from people having drinks however this did go on later than we expected (1am). But the noise from surrounding streets and the dogs at the property was relentless. We didn’t sleep well at all. The staff were really unhelpful and very hesitant. The first day we sat down for breakfast and no one once approached us to ask us if we’d like anything despite staff coming in and out of the room. We had to knock on the kitchen door for attention and request breakfast after half an hour of just waiting for someone to acknowledge us. The floor of the room was really dirty, my feet were black after getting out the shower. Overall was a weird stay and I wouldnt recommend this hotel at all - I think there’s much nicer places you can stay for this cost.
