Unsanitary conditions and horrific customer service. When I sent a polite complaint about dust in my food during cleaning, the management responded with insults, mockery, and threats to call the police. Avoid this place at all costs. Photo just after cleaning (while I was eating). Not so mush soap in the bathroom.

I liked the location

The couple next door to me were so loud and they just kept walking me up. The bathrooms didn’t seamed the get cleaned. When I was arrived that day the bathroom was lovely and clean the next time I went to use it the floor was all wet with toilet paper on the floor and no toilet paper. I also didn’t like that the room smelled even with the window open it didn’t help. And omg the bed was so uncomfortable but I had seen reviews in regards to the bed so I can’t really be shocked

I like the location. Good for 1 night stay.

Room was not clean. That bathrooms that shared were super small and not clean. As I was on ground floor it was very noisy - the people out of door were shouting loud and the people out of the window standing on the street. And if I open the window someone standing on the street was able just enter the room and the window was without any protection. Additionally there were not any facilities - nothing was provided even towel or soap.

Lokalizacja hostelu była dobra, blisko centrum. Pościel była czysta. Pan na recepcji był miły, podał szczegóły dotyczące pokoju itp.

Przed wejściem do hostelu od samego rana znajdowała się grupa podejrzanych osób, najprawdopodobniej pijanych i pod wpływem różnych środków, takich do których wiesz, że nie warto sie zbliżać, czy nawet na nie spoglądać, dla własnego bezpieczeństwa. Mimo, że była majówka i trudno znaleźć inny nocleg w tym okresie w Gdańsku, postanowiliśmy zmienić nocleg, bo czuliśmy się po prostu niebezpiecznie. Uznaliśmy, że nie warto ryzykować, bo nie wiadomo co może się dziać w nocy, jeśli już rano nie czujemy się bezpiecznie wchodząc do hostelu. Oprócz tego, na korytarzu było słychać rozmowy pracowników hostelu na temat jakiś kradzieży, czyli kolejny red flag, a łazienki były brudne przez dłuższy czas, jednak po paru godzinach ekipa sprzątająca je posprzątała. Szafki zamykane na kluczyk w pokojach były brudne(przyklejony cukierek w środku), ale oprócz tego sam pokój był okej. Uważam, że ten hostel nie jest bezpiecznym miejscem do spania, i nie polecam go szczególnie osobom podróżującym w pojedynkę lub młodym dziewczynom. Jeśli ktoś chce nocować w hostelach, to lepiej wybrać typowy międzynarodowy hostel, nawet taki gdzie wszyscy przyjeżdżają po to żeby imprezować, bo to co się działo tutaj przed hostelem, to było inne uniwersum.
