Tiny Private City Rooms Haarlem

Where do I begin about how great our stay was. Incredible value. Amazing location. Staff was quick to respond at all hours. FAR exceeded our expectations. I will highly recommend this to my friends.

If you are traveling by car/taxi with lots of luggage, it is important to know that vehicles cannot enter the area except for early morning and late evening. We didn't know this and had to drag heavy luggage quite a long way on cobblestone roads.

Location was super duper. We had a conference at PHIL and we were definitely privileged to have a room there. Communication with the owners/stuff very straightforward.

Well, it is indeed tiny! I didn’t realize but it might be a bit too tight for 6 ppl. Also the stairs are very narrow, challenging with suitcases.

Even though the stay was very comfortable overall, I would have preferred the apartment to be a bit cleaner. For example, there were used tissues and a nasal spray left on the bed from previous guests, and I also noticed dust under the beds, on the windowsills, and on the curtains. That said, I would still recommend this place because of its excellent location—it's close to everything you might need. However, if you're a light sleeper, be aware that it can get quite noisy at night due to the nearby karaoke bar and pubs.

We had a rather spacious room with two beds in separate areas and a small living room. It is a fun space. It was very clean. Central location.

Because of its central location, we could hear bar crowd at night, but we slept through it just fine.

There's no lift. The staircase to the room at L1 was tiny. Impossible to lift up the luggage without 2 person working on it There is no ensuite toilet for the family room. It is a toilet outside the bedroom Bad lighting Faulty lamps

Ottima posizione, praticamente in centro città, la tranquillità del posto.

Il bagno puzzava di fogna, soprattutto i letti a castello superiori sono privi di ringhiera, quindi ci sta il pericolo di poter cadere dal letto durante il sonno.

Located in the center of Haarlem, near the main square. Everything is near and the city is very pleasant.

The room could have a microwave. The toiled lacked hand soap.
