Mir wurden, trotz das ich die Unterkunft über meinen späten Check-in informiert habe, keine Infos zum selbst Check-in übermittelt weshalb ich nicht im Hostel übernachten konnte. Ich stand als Frau alleine nachts um 1 in St. Pauli ohne Unterkunft. Auch in den Tagen danach habe ich keine Nachricht vom Hostel erhalten…
